Alison Farr – Piano

Katherine and Alison first met when they were both students at the Royal Academy of Music. Since then they have frequently performed in 'cello and piano duo concerts.

Both of these talented young performers were awarded many prizes at the Royal Academy and have gone on to gather splendid reviews for their performances up and down the country. Both of them have received international awards since leaving college and taking up full time careers in music.

Katherine gave her Wigmore Hall debut Recital in 2004, a concert that was awarded as a prize by Maisie Lewis Young Artists Scheme.

In 2000 Alison was the Prize Winner at the Messiaen International Competition in Paris and in 2004 she was selected by Tillett Trust for their Young Artists Platform.
